Day 1: Surabaya – Bromo Adventure

• Begin your journey with 2.5-hour drive from Surabaya to Bromo.
• En route, visit the stunning Madakaripura Waterfall, a hidden gem tucked away in lush surroundings.
  • Take a quick motorbike ride (5 minutes) to the entrance, followed by a 30-minute walk to the waterfall.

• Continue to your hotel near Bromo. Prepare for tomorrow’s adventure.

Day 2: Bromo Sunrise & Tumpak Sewu Expedition

• Wake up early at 03:00 AM for the unforgettable Bromo Sunrise experience.
  • Hop into a jeep for a thrilling 45-minute ride through the mystical sea of sand, arriving at Penanjakan Hill to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over Mount Bromo.
• After sunrise, descend into the vast Sea of Sand.
  • Explore the serene Whispering Sands and hike up to the Bromo Crater for a close-up look at its smoky, active caldera.
• Return to the hotel for breakfast, freshen up, and check out.
• Continue your adventure with a drive to Lumajang/Malang.

Day 3: Tumpak Sewu Waterfall – Ijen

• After breakfast, embark on an exciting exploration of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and the Goa Tetes caves.
  • Trek through lush landscapes, cross rivers, and climb ladders as you discover the cascading beauty of Tumpak Sewu.

• Return to the hotel, check out, and embark on a scenic 6-hour drive to Bondowoso, Ijen.

Day 4: Ijen Crater – Ketapang

• Start your day early at 03:00 AM, heading to Paltuding, the base point for the Ijen trek.
• Begin your trek, a 1.5-hour hike to the top of the crater.
  • Upon reaching the summit, witness the otherworldly Ijen Blue Fire (optional) and a breathtaking sunrise over the turquoise crater lake.
• Drive back to Surabaya (6 hours) or a drop-off at Ketapang Harbour for those continuing their journey to Bali.
